Dr. Arielle Leader, ND
Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Massage Therapist
Dr. Arielle Leader, ND & RMT is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Massage Therapist. She obtained her Naturopathic doctoral degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto and her Massage license from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy (SC). In her Massage Therapy practice, her philosophy is that relaxation via massage is a treatment everyone can benefit from. Arielle has pursued many continual educational pursuits such as completion of the Contemporary McMaster acupuncture program, a one-year physio-mentorship program and 50+ hour yin yoga training.
In her Naturopathic practice, Dr. Leader ND has a clinical focus on metabolic issues (insulin resistance), stress management, chronic pain conditions, hair and scalp care and healthy aging. Her goal is to educate and empower patients to improve their quality of life and build sustainable habits that optimize health and increase overall healthspan. She achieves this via personalized medicine with the goal of helping patients to understand their physiology. Luna Nguyen
Registered Massage Therapist
Luna graduated Humber College's Registered Massage Therapy program. She is passionate about the power of massage therapy to promote healing, reduce stress, and improve overall health. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, muscle tension, or simply seeking relaxation, Luna will provide you with a customized treatment plan that meets your needs.
Marcia Pereira
Registered Massage Therapist
Marcia graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in June 2021. Prior to graduating and entering the world of massage therapy, Marcia obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. While obtaining her bachelor's degree, she spent much time conducting research on the connection between physical health and mental health. From her studies, she decided to pursue massage therapy due to her fascination with how manual treatments have a positive impact on the body and mind. General Swedish Massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and pressure point release, are all techniques Marcia uses in her daily treatments.
Trisha Lee
Registered Massage Therapist
Trisha received her education from Sutherland-Chan School Of Massage Therapy. She has experience working with a variety of conditions and patients including pregnancy, seniors, mental health & sleep disorders, scar work, as well as sports massage. She likes to combine a variety of techniques during treatment including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, lymph drainage, and proprioceptive techniques. Her treatments center around patient- directed goals and combining treatment with homecare to achieve the best outcomes. Trisha is fascinated by the intersection of massage and the mind/body connection, witnessing the power that even a simple relaxation massage can have on stress, anxiety, and sleep issues. Whatever the goal, Trisha loves to create unique treatments to meet the needs of the patient so that people can return to the quality of life they wish for themselves and thrive.
Rebecca Armstrong
Registered Massage Therapist
Rebecca (she/her) believes that wellness is rooted in finding a balance. She has experienced personally how therapy, exercise and a happy heart can together foster self-alignment. In a treatment, Rebecca might incorporate fluid Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dynamic stretching, hot hydrotherapy and upon request, acupuncture. Her experience includes treating a multitude of pain patterns and postural concerns; as well as performing pre & post-natal massage. Additionally, she is certified in traditional Thai massage and time-to-time will weave eastern techniques into her flow. Rebecca knows the power of self-care alongside manual work in healing, and is big on empowering her clients to take active part in their own recovery. With every client Rebecca will design a treatment plan specifically tailored for you to achieve your goals. These might include stretches, strengthening, hydrotherapy and tricks & tips for day-to-day mobility. Rebecca is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan and studied Contemporary acupuncture at McMaster University. She is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Andrew Bunker
Registered Massage Therapist
Andrew is excited to be joining the team at Panacea. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School, he is committed to integrating the most current research and practices into his work. In his treatments, Andrew uses Swedish techniques, hydrotherapy, myofacial release, PNF techniques, and joint mobilizations. He is experienced treating everyday aches and pains, and he has clinical experience treating individuals with central nervous system disorders and mental health concerns. Andrew also gained experience treating cancer patients at Princess Margaret Cancer Lodge. With a focus on clients' goals and supporting them in gaining control of their own wellness, expect a therapeutic and responsive experience with tips for self care.
Ashley Coelho
Registered Massage Therapist
Ashley is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and McMaster University. She brings a vast knowledge of clinic-based techniques such as lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, scar tissue work, and much more. Ashley had the opportunity to work in a hospital settings where she gained experience working with individuals who had central nervous system conditions. She has also gained a significant amount of experience working with patients with breast complications, including cancer patients and implant patients. Ashley carries a strong passion for massage therapy and a wealth of knowledge with special focus on improving overall health and wellness.
