Dr. Arielle Leader

Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Massage Therapist

Dr. Arielle Leader is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor that obtained her doctoral degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Her goal is to be part of the solution in health care, educating and empowering patients to improve their quality of life and build sustainable habits that optimize health and increase overall healthspan. Dr. Leader achieves this via personalized medicine with the goal of helping patients to understand their physiology. Arielle is also a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy (2014). Her philosophy is that relaxation via massage is a treatment everyone can benefit from. Massage therapy is a great modality to decrease muscle tension, increase overall circulation, maintain joint range of motion & mobility along with establishing a space and time to reconnect with your physical body.  In treatments, Arielle incorporates techniques such as General Swedish Massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, proprioceptive techniques, hydrotherapy, muscle energy techniques to attempt to restore homeostasis within the body. Arielle always ensures to tailor her treatments around her clients' needs and goals to provide optimal care.


Trisha Lee

Registered Massage Therapist

Trisha received her education from Sutherland-Chan School Of Massage Therapy. She has experience working with a variety of conditions and patients including pregnancy, seniors, mental health & sleep disorders, scar work, as well as sports massage. She likes to combine a variety of techniques during treatment including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, lymph drainage, and proprioceptive techniques. Her treatments center around patient- directed goals and combining treatment with homecare to achieve the best outcomes. Trisha is fascinated by the intersection of massage and the mind/body connection, witnessing the power that even a simple relaxation massage can have on stress, anxiety, and sleep issues. Whatever the goal, Trisha loves to create unique treatments to meet the needs of the patient so that people can return to the quality of life they wish for themselves and thrive.  


Rebecca Armstrong

Registered Massage Therapist

Rebecca (she/her) believes that wellness is rooted in finding a balance. She has experienced personally how therapy, exercise and a happy heart can together foster self-alignment. In a treatment, Rebecca might incorporate fluid Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dynamic stretching and breathing work. Her experience includes treating a multitude of pain patterns and postural concerns; as well as performing pre & post-natal massage. Additionally, she is certified in traditional Thai massage and time-to-time will weave eastern techniques into her flow. Rebecca knows the power of self-care alongside manual work in healing, and is big on empowering her clients to take active part in their own recovery. With every client Rebecca will design a treatment plan specifically tailored for you to achieve your goals. These might include stretches, strengthening, hydrotherapy and tricks & tips for day-to-day mobility. Rebecca is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan, a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.


Andrew Bunker

Registered Massage Therapist

Andrew is excited to be joining the team at Panacea. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School, he is committed to integrating the most current research and practices into his work. In his treatments, Andrew uses Swedish techniques, hydrotherapy, myofacial release, PNF techniques, and joint mobilizations. He is experienced treating everyday aches and pains, and he has clinical experience treating individuals with central nervous system disorders and mental health concerns.  Andrew also gained experience treating cancer patients at Princess Margaret Cancer Lodge. With a focus on clients' goals and supporting them in gaining control of their own wellness, expect a therapeutic and responsive experience with tips for self care.


Thomas Le

Registered Massage Therapist

Thomas received his education from Humber College and has a background in Kinesiology at York University. Thomas specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. His slow and specific approach to massage helps reduce high resting muscle tension while increasing soft tissue extensibility.


Megan Arana

Registered Massage Therapist

Megan graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She uses various techniques throughout her treatments such as trigger point release, myofascial release, Swedish massage and many more. She has experience working with TMJ disorder (jaw pain and dysfunction) as well as both pre and post natal patients. Megan believes that massage therapy can have an incredible impact on a person's life and well being. She has a passion for massage therapy that can be felt through her treatments.


Ashley Coelho

Registered Massage Therapist

Ashley is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and McMaster University. She brings a vast knowledge of clinic-based techniques such as lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, scar tissue work, and much more. Ashley had the opportunity to work in a hospital settings where she gained experience working with individuals who had central nervous system conditions. She has also gained a significant amount of experience working with patients with breast complications, including cancer patients and implant patients. Ashley carries a strong passion for massage therapy and a wealth of knowledge with special focus on improving overall health and wellness.


Ann Hoang

Registered Massage Therapist

Ann is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and studied Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. Ann utilizes electro-acupuncture to help activate the body’s natural internal regulating system to treat soft-tissue dysfunction and chronic pain. Ann gained experience working at Sunnybrook Hospital treating patients with high-risk pregnancies where she developed her passion for pre- and post-natal massage. Ann always treats with the goals of her patients in mind and strongly believes that you do not treat conditions; you treat people.


Luna Nguyen

Administrative Assistant

Meet Luna, Panacea's administrative assistant. 

Luna is a integral member of Panacea's team. She provides internal support to all of our healthcare providers. Luna is responsible for most of the day-to-day business operations at the clinic. Amy Lee

Meet Amy, Panacea's administrative assistant. 

Amy is in charge of assisting Panacea's Team with their day-to-day operations. With many years of experience working in the customer service industry, Amy is able to help the clinic flow perfectly. When you come in for a treatment, Amy will be there to assist you with all of your check-in and check-out needs. Please say hi to Amy when you see her around the clinic!
