Massage Therapy can also be used as part of a preventative care program. This includes sports training, injury prevention, ongoing stress management, and more! Together, you and your therapist will develop a treatment plan based on your needs. The treatment plan can be changed at any time and you have no obligation to undergo any part of treatment. Your treatment begins after you've given your informed consent.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all Registered Massage Therapy Appointments. Any appointments cancelled with less than 12 hour notice will be billed at 50% of the treatment cost for first time cancellations. Any appointments cancelled with less than 12 hour notice for the second time onward will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file. This cancellation fee is not eligible for direct billing or covered by insurance.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so from your account online, by calling us during business hours or by email to info@panaceamassage.ca (especially if you are cancelling outside of business hours).
If you do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment start time, your appointment will be forfeited. You will be charged the cancellation fee and we reserve the right to give this appointment time away to someone else.
