Acupuncture (provided by Registered Acupuncturist)
Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to help restore balance, reduce pain, and promote natural healing.
Treatments are provided by a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac) and may address a wide range of concerns including muscle tension, stress, headaches, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalance, and overall wellness.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include additional modalities such as cupping, gua sha, or electroacupuncture as appropriate.
At Panacea Massage Therapy, Acupuncture is performed by a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) within the scope of Traditional Chinese Medicine practice. This treatment will be billed as an Acupuncture treatment and may be eligible for coverage under Acupuncture insurance.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic acupuncture, also known as facial rejuvenation acupuncture, is a natural, non-invasive approach to enhancing skin health and appearance. Using fine, sterile needles, your Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) targets specific points on the face and body to improve circulation, stimulate collagen production, and promote overall balance from within. At Panacea Massage Therapy, Facial Acupuncture performed by a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) will be billed as an Acupuncture treatment and may be eligible for coverage under Acupuncture insurance.

Fertility Acupuncture treatments are rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. This approach supports reproductive health by promoting hormonal balance, improving blood flow, and reducing stress.
By addressing both physical and emotional imbalances, Fertility Acupuncture can enhance overall well-being and help increase the chances of conception.
At Panacea Massage Therapy, Fertility Acupuncture is performed by our Registered Acupuncturist and is billable under Acupuncture coverage on most extended health insurance plans.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for Acupuncture appointments.
Late cancellations or rescheduling without enough notice are subject to:
First Late Cancellation: 50% of the session fee.
Second Late Cancellation and onward: 100% of the session fee.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so from your account online, by calling us during business hours or by email to info@panaceamassage.ca (especially if you are cancelling outside of business hours).
If you do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment start time, your appointment will be forfeited. You will be charged the cancellation fee and we reserve the right to give this appointment time away to someone else.
