Intramuscular (IM) Injections
Each injection is administered in-office and may be recommended based on lab testing and your symptoms:

At Panacea Massage Therapy, your vitamin injections and inhalation are administered by our Naturopathic Doctor. These treatments will be billed as a Naturopathic Medicine treatment.

Is This Safe for Me?
To ensure safety and effectiveness, patients must complete:

A naturopathic assessment (or have a referral from another ND or licensed practitioner)

Recent lab work confirming the need for treatment (e.g., B12, D, kidney/liver function)

Follow-up labs as needed to monitor safety and outcomes

What to Expect
Appointment 1: Mandatory Complimentary Consult
Used to determine if you need to complete blood work before your initial appointment.
Appointment 2: Initial Appointment
Assessment and blood work review - if everything is in order, you will receive your first injection.
Appointment 3 & onward: Injection maintenance
Periodic blood work.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all Naturopathic Medicine Appointments and a 12 hour cancellation policy for all other appointments.
Late cancellations or rescheduling without enough notice are subject to:
First Late Cancellation: 50% of the session fee.
Second Late Cancellation and onward: 100% of the session fee.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so from your account online, by calling us during business hours or by email to info@panaceamassage.ca (especially if you are cancelling outside of business hours).
If you do not show up 15 minutes after your appointment start time, your appointment will be forfeited. You will be charged the cancellation fee and we reserve the right to give this appointment time away to someone else.
