In-person + Virtual Therapy

We offer professional counselling and psychotherapy services with our Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. Sessions provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore personal challenges, build coping strategies, and support emotional well-being.

Our therapist works collaboratively with you to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals to help foster growth, resilience, and balance.

Rooted in a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, our work draws from evidence-based modalities such as mindfulness, narrative, and strengths-based therapy to meet your unique needs. With compassion and collaboration at the heart of our practice, we aim to create a space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold naturally.

At Panacea Massage Therapy, this service is provided by a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist and may be covered under your insurance plan for Social Work or Psychotherapy.
