Christina is a Registered Social Worker with a background in counselling, advocacy, and community outreach. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and has worked extensively in diverse settings, including healthcare, research, and crisis intervention.

 

She is experienced in treating adults who are experiencing trauma and other mental health challenges. She implements an empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centred approach when supporting clients in navigating complex social systems and achieving their personal goals.

 

She offers services based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. She has completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT). She is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
